Are these products made in Iran?
Yes. The collection is sourced as Iranian handicraft, within our Iranian sourcing network. Product origin is not obscured or relabelled.
Why is shipping not included in the displayed price?
International postage varies by destination, weight, parcel dimensions and fragility. Keeping it separate lets us quote the real transport cost instead of inflating every product price.
Will my piece look exactly like the illustration?
Handmade work naturally varies. Before live launch, every SKU should use supplier-authorised or original product photography. The current development build uses craft-specific visual placeholders, not exact product photographs.
When is payment taken?
In this launch workflow, your order request is submitted first. We confirm availability, shipping and an approved payment method before collecting payment.
Can I order a gift?
Yes. The checkout includes a gift-note field. Gift wrapping can be added as a future paid option once packaging is standardised.
